October is fire prevention month and your Missoula Rural Firefighters along with our partners of MCFPA have been presenting puppet shows at local Elementary Schools. This has proven to be a great way to educate our young community members about fire safety. Make sure to ask your children what they learned from Firefighter Frank and the rest of the Puppets!

A Friendly Reminder: Make sure to check your smoke detectors to assure they are properly functioning and make a fire escape plan with your family so everyone in your household knows how to escape in the event of a fire.
